I know we need to talk, and I know I have a lot to apologize for, but Azula is here.

That's what I meant.

She doesn't trust me anyway, and she wasn't surprised when I defected. She'll just think I'm weak. But she can't know that the Avatar won, or that I'm the new Fire Lord, or that she lost. It'll send her over the deep end, and she's a lot easier to control this way. I can reason with her when she still thinks I'm incompetent.

[There's a lengthy bit of silence before he responds. Honestly, he doesn't think this is a great idea. There's waaaay too many things that could go wrong. But it's not like he has a better idea]
