[With Allen's free hand, he pulls up his scarf so it covers up the bottom half of his face.]

By really cheap, do you mean a bargain deal or do you mean we're likely be sharing the room with bedbugs cheap?

I didn't get a good look inside, but from what I saw, it'd... definitely be a bargain! Because of the possible bedbugs. If this planet actually has any.

[Man, now Clay wishes he bought a scarf. Maybe later!]

Hmmm...

[He considers it. As much as he likes saving money, they did have a lot of extra money lately from the Marsiva incident. And you know, this was their first time together...]

You know what? Forget that then. How about we treat ourselves, just this once? If we can afford it, it's fine.

[And Clay can't help looking excited by that. He wouldn't mind staying in a cheap place, especially if it meant saving money... But that place was cheap, and the more expensive one looked so nice, and he really, really wanted to treat Allen and have a great atmosphere for their first time.]

We definitely can! Especially if it's just for one night. [They're both fit, able-bodied men, so he's pretty sure they can get quite a bit done in one night.] I haven't seen what the rooms look like, but the lobby looked really cool.

[Wow. Agreeing to the expensive place was worth it just for the excited look in Clay's eyes. Just seeing it sent a feeling of warmth through him despite the cold]

Alright, then let's do it! [There's a bit of excitement in him, feeling a thrill of doing something he normally wouldn't. Especially now that he knows it wasn't going to send them into debt.] Lead the way.

[No waaay, especially if they both contribute to it!

But anyway, TIME SKIP TIME. The lobby is impressive, but the room they get is equally so! Salt sculptures, impressive lighting... and a very comfortable bed. Clay's already getting rid of a few layers, letting the coat and over-shirt fall to the floor, his visor sit on the TV stand, and is now starting to get rid of the first layer of pants. Not that he's getting started on fun times right now, but now that they're inside, it's starting to get a little too warm for him.]

So? What do you think?

[Allen meanwhile is removing his own coat and draping it on a chair, along with his scarf. He looks around the room, a bit impressed by the set up. The salt sculptures...okay, those are a little odd, but hey every planet has it's quirks]

It's brilliant. You picked a good place.

[Maybe you can swipe one of those sculptures and use it for your food! But okay, Clay gives a thrilled smile as he gets rid of a couple layers of pants, then slides off the winter hat, giving his head a shake to floof out his hair again.]

Thanks! I really wanted the best for, well... this. And there were more expensive places, but I figured we wouldn't want to spend that much money.

No, this is perfect.

[It was nice and fancy, but much fancier would probably make Allen feel a bit uneasy. This was at least still comfortable.]

[He dropped his gloves on the chair on top of the coat, while kicking off his boats]

So...what do you want to do first?

[His shoes and multiple socks already kicked off, Clay makes his way around the bed barefoot to Allen, then reaches to take his hand in his own with a somewhat shy smile.]

Well, I have been wanting to kiss you since we got on this planet, so...

[He intertwines Clay's fingers with his own, returning that shy smile with a loving one.]

What do you know? I've wanted the same.

[And with that, he'll lean forward to kiss him slowly on the lips]

[That shy look of his turns into something loving as well, and as Allen leans in, Clay lifts his free hand to hold Allen's cheek, then shuts his eyes as he returns that slow kiss. It's slow, long-lasting and deep, and above all, absolutely tender and loving, and Clay slides his hand gently from Allen's cheek to the back of his neck, where he strokes his thumb just in front of his ear.

When the kiss breaks for a moment, Clay takes in a few deep breaths, still keeping close and his eyes shut.]

I love you so much.

[He whispers it, and then he leans in to kiss him again, just the same way as before.]

[Even though he's heard those words from Clay many times now, he still can't help but feel elated hearing them. Especially when they sound so truly sincere. When he knows Clay is nothing but sincere. When he knows his own heart feels the same way for him.]

And I love you.

[Allen's own hand stays on Clay's cheek, while the other moves down to find one of his belt loops- wrapping his finger into it. As they kiss again, Allen slowly moves back until he's against the bed, he tugs at Clay's belt loop as he climbs onto the bed- indicating to follow]

[Clay feels that same elation when he hears those words in return, knowing that Allen means every word. It's a shot of joy that makes him press a little closer, go right along with the tug at his belt loop. He follows after Allen, climbing on with him and - and though he tries to keep up the kiss while doing so, it's kind of hard to do so, so he ends up unintentionally breaking it as he shuffles a bit on the bed.]

Ah, oops - [He says with a little laugh. But hey, they're on the bed now! Better to get themselves situated on it properly before moving on to other things.]

[He laughs at the little "oops", since yeah that's not as easy to do as you'd think- but they're on the bed now. He scoots a bit back on the bed while they are apart so he's on it more fully on the bed, all while noticing something very important]

- Ah! This bed is so soft!

[Like holy shit excuse him as he bounces a little as he sits on it. ITS SO SOFT LOOK AT IT CLAY]

I can't remember the last time I've been on a bed this nice!

[Definitely not since Paradisa, at least]

[Y e p, that's something Clay's noticing as he's climbing onto the bed too, hands and knees sinking into it slightly - like, when was the last time he actually sunk into a bed?]

Dude. Dude!

[HOLY SHIT YEAH, he is definitely bouncing on the bed. He kind of wants to jump on it, but man, he doesn't want to risk bumping his head or anything.]

This is really nice! It's like lying on a cloud! [He flops over on his back, a breathless laugh escaping, and he turns his head to look at Allen with a big grin.] Seriously, could we plan a heist for some of these beds or something?

[Allen meanwhile flops on the bed along with him, rolling a bit in spot with a big grin on his face. He'll look over at Clay when he suggests that]

Ah- I wish, but I think they might notice their bed missing!

[He rolls to his side, half to face Allen, half to just feel the sensation of doing so on such a nice bed, and gestures a bit as he talks.]

No, see, what if... what if we switch out this bed for one of ours? I mean, it's all kinds of illegal, but it'd totally be worth it!

[He kids, because he knows they can't actually do it. But it's nice to consider it...!]

Ha! Oh yes! Because they'll never notice us bringing in our own bed!

[Its the perfect plan!! He'll move to his side as well, facing Clay]

Maybe someday we could have a bed like this. It could be a goal! Have a bed that feels like a cloud.

[He laughs in response, letting one arm pillow his own head while the other stays between the two of them. But oh, a goal like that...]

We can work towards it, see if we can get one like this on another planet somewhere! A bed of our very own, just like this.

[Which... wow, that's going in a little deep, saying that they'd both someday own a bed to share. But where he might have pushed away from that before, it feels... not so bad to talk about now - or, in this case, talk hypotheticals about.]

[Very much hypothetical really. A little fantasy of the future, since hey- why not? ]

Yeah, exactly! And in quarters big enough to fit it!

[Since yeah he's pretty sure there's no way his room would fit this king sized bed that's impossible]

[Maybe it they tipped it to the side a bit! And had nothing else in the room whatsoever!]

And big enough for all our other stuff, too! Next goal: big room. Or maybe we should make that the first goal...

Oh, good point!

[He'll roll onto his back so he can give a big wave with his arms to emphasize as he talks.]

Okay, first a big room! One with those big window that lets you see the stars. And then a big bed that feels like clouds.

[Oooh, nice touch with the windows! Clay grins when he hears that, then rolls onto his back as well, watching Allen's gesturing as he interlaces his fingers on his chest.]

That sounds stellar. And it'd be right near the med bay so you can get there easily - oh, and big enough to fit all of your Halloween stuff and my space stuff.

[He laughs]

I'd rather be right near the kitchen, but yeah! That'd be perfect!
