Tyrion Lannister? I can't say I've heard that name before.
What is it that his family has done to earn distrust? [He's not judging, he knows damn well he'd feel this sentiment if another person from the Noah family showed up. Still, it'd be good to know]

They killed my father. And...
[Okay, deep breath. He can do this.]
They tried to kill m-... me. I didn't remember, not until after the dreams. It's why I can't walk. Tyrion made me a saddle, so that I could still ride my horse, but that was a long time ago.

[Oh God. He had wondered, but...to hear it. And to think they killed his father too.]
I'm so sorry, Bran. I can see why you're worried about this...about if you can trust him.

[Not entirely surprising considering some of the things he's seen. But still, pretty despicable]
If you think you have something to fear from this man, we can make sure you aren't alone with him. Our ship's at full capacity, so he shouldn't get transferred aboard...whenever we get back to the Blue Fish, anyway.

[But he's thankful, and the relief shows in his posture.]
Thank you, Allen. I don't think that he is dangerous on his own, but I'm not sure if I should believe he's an honest person.

[No bias here against royalty no sireeeee. But he offers him a smile]
Think nothing of it. We're crew, we watch after each other. [And crew is like family!!] Maybe this man is different from the rest of his family, but after what the other Lannisters have done...showing a little caution isn't a bad thing.

... He said he's bound to protect me, out of honor. But his brother was bound to an oath of honor, and he still threw me from the Broken Tower. I'm not sure that oaths mean very much, after all.

[Which was the catch really. Allen is willing to go to Hell and back if it means keeping one of his promises, but he knows damn well there were people who couldn't care less about keeping the oaths they've made.]
...I can't tell you if you should or shouldn't trust Tyrion, I don't know the man. He may be different from his family, he may not.
Here's hoping, he understands your wariness. That'd be a good sign.
