Inside is an innocuous-looking wine bottle-- except for the label. The label is embossed with a skull graphic in gold ink on a black background, and the words:

Varric has also enclosed a neat handwritten note.]

Which I'm quite impressed, I'm pretty sure the packaging itself is more dangerous than the actual drink. I almost feel I should be scandalised how little toxin is in this bottle, but...it's not part of my job to fret with how people spend their money. :)

Good luck with your sales. Though I'm afraid the only warnings as a medical official I can give is that consuming the glass bottle could cause shredding to your innards, putting the box on your head could blind you, and the tape could close your throat if wrapped around the neck.

Feel free to paraphrase that as you deem fit. Though I'd prefer my name be kept out of it.
