lol i figured

i've been good! i've taken a break from the races to explore the waystation and write about everything i see. i'm keeping a log of everything we visit!

i've ben trying 2 figure out if theres a connection between stuff that goes on there and the planets they're close by. like why are these racers here and not on a waystation futher away? y was one like a casino when the planet wasn't like that at all? one had a holodeck even!

they all seem the sameish but who made them? each planet's civilizations are all different/diverse from each other so they could't have all communicated w/each other to make them or did they? or did atroma make them for us

Huh. That's a good point, I hadn't really thought about that.

I don't think Atroma made them though. There's been some systems where they use the waystations for their own purposes- like there was one where they had ostrich farms on the stations! And most planets don't seem even the least bit familiar with Atroma or the Drift Fleet...

so yeah if atroma didn't make them then who did? the layout's basically the same and so r the shops, but there's different things happening on them and they dont seem new so they had to 've been around for a while.

maybe its a loose end im chasing but that's waht science is all about!!

Seriously. They called them tall birds, but they were definitely ostriches. My crew ate all the meat awhile ago, but I'm sure I still have something made out of ostrich leather somewhere.

Then I hope you find something. Even if it just gives us a clue where we are in the universe, it would be nice.

thats the goal here, or at leats figuring out if some things in this universe r connected in some way. i'll give u an update if i find a good theory!

But oh, I forgot to mention it during our last date, but Ino's birthday is coming up on the 23rd. Hiro's been working on a party for her.

Anything fashionable or girly that's in purple, really. Or flowers, her family ran a flower shop so she really likes those. [Or weapons...but somehow he doubts Clay would know much about that stuff]

they were gonna be sheenas an they're clean and stuff, good for a ninja and purple/black, but yeah, might be big [Sheena was only a little bit shorter than him, after all. She just never got the chance to wear them, and now they're kind of collecting space dust.]

Ah, yeah- I never met Sheena in person so I don't know how close they are in size.

But you could still give them, I think! If they're too big, we could find someone with tailoring skills to fix that. I don't think you're really expected to know Ino's exact measurements.

That depends. Do you have any ideas of what we could do? Aside from races, there's not a whole lot of things to do in this part of space for a date.
