THE BASICS
CRUXISA BACKGROUND
Paradisa History
The last couple years before Mithos overtook the castle had been relatively peaceful for Allen. He had been in Paradisa quite a number of years, years that had been full of tragedy, struggle and joy. After troubles with Riful, Allen had begun taking more of a backseat place to castle defense and problems. Realizing that he couldn't save as much as he wanted with weapons, he began studying medicine in the clinic and served more often as a Medic than an Exorcist in castle crises. Despite still looking sixteen, he was growing out of the rash impulsiveness that marked his teenage years. And yet he still held steadfast to his beliefs in helping people and never giving up on finding a way to defeat the castle - no matter how many years it took. Surrounded by friends, Allen lived a stable and peaceful life for a good stretch of time.
And then everything changed when the Mithos Nation attacked.
No longer keeping up to date to the on-goings of castle security, Allen had little to no inclination of the possible threat of Mithos in the days before. The attack on the castle came to be a surprise to him. While he had done his best to try to defend the castle and let others escape, it was an unfair match. His soft heart made it impossible for him to cut down angels that were once his friends and fellow residents, and the light magic that angels use really didn't help either. In the end he was brought down and taken captive like many of his fellow defenders.
Yet Allen did not follow the terrible fate of angel transformation thanks to his unusual condition as a...well, whatever Allen is. When the Cruxis Crystal was implanted on him, his Noah side went berserk. Without thinking or control, he killed the angels in the room and escape. Through luck and the fact a crazed Noah is like trying to stop a truck with your hand, he managed to escape into the forest of Paradisa. When he was finally able to regain control of himself, he was wracked with guilt at the sight of blood on his hands. Angels or not, those had been human beings that he killed.
Some point later, he came across the starting group of the Resistance. He joined them, up with them. He serves as a medic, a scout and a fighter. Determined to stop this with as little bloodshed as possible, he works himself to the bone trying to be strong enough to win, to save all the angels and find a way to survive.
