Year Zero (December 2006, Age 15)

Allen arrived in Paradisa on December 3rd of this year while he was still battling through Noah's Ark. His loss was discovered right away due to the fact he could no longer see out of his left eye, and it caused him a great deal of worry. Initially thinking it was some trick of the Ark, him and the fellow Exorcists (Lavi, Kanda, Lenalee, Miranda and Krory) spent a great amount of time searching for a way out. There was a lot of confusion during this month due to the fact that people knew nothing about the world they had awoken in. After they came to the conclusion that it wasn't a trick of the Earl (notably, when the Earl and the Noah turned out to also be stuck here), they slowly began to settle in and attempted to search at a slower pace. Though this was often interrupted by antics caused by fellow castle residents - especially Lavi who on Christmas (Allen's birthday) signed Allen, Kanda and himself up for a blind date. Allen's first birthday in Paradisa was spent hunting down his comrade so he could beat him into a pulp for putting him on a blind date with Kanda.

And on day 16 there was a swimming contest. Allen didn't take part.

Year One (2007, Age 16)

Allen was a bit of a social recluse this year. The idea that he couldn't identify people from Akuma due to his loss bothered him, and he still yearned badly to return to his home so he could live out the path of his life he had chosen for himself that he often avoided getting attached to people not from his world. Because of this, most of his social interactions circled around people who knew Lavi and Kanda who caught attention of castle residents much more often. Some of his more noteworthy meetings this year was Yamanaka Ino, a girl that Allen scolded for spreading gossip about his friends and would share a strong dislike for each other until they were forced to fight together. Misa was another one, an eccentric girl with a large amount of attachments towards his Exorcist friends, she would often refer to him as the baby of the group (much to his dismay). He met Django too during this time period in the kitchen, after there had been a large fight between Tyki and Kanda. Django's skin was blue, it was weird. It wasn't until the late summer did he make a friend without the aid of Lavi, Tohru Honda - a very jumpy girl who would often cook breakfast for him.

While he often stayed out of ongoings of a lot of louder castle residents, this year was far from uneventful. Around May of this year, he began to date Lenalee Lee after they finally confessed their feelings to one another. He experienced his first loss right before he had to aid in fighting Spanish-speaking zombies. He fought a few times against the Noah, particularly one time when Road Kamelot kidnapped Misa and Kanda and the Exorcists plus a few others had to go and save them. The week that the castle changed into Silent Hill took a heavy toll on Allen as well when he lost many friends (including his girlfriend Lenalee) at the hands of the serial killer Walter. Overall, much of this year was spent looking for a way home and trying to get by with the things that got in the way of continuing that search.

Year Two (2008, Age 17)

This was a year of change for Allen in a few ways. The first baby plot left him with a baby girl that was taken away at the end of the week, igniting a passionate hate for the castle's cruelty and determination to see it beaten that he didn't have before. Many of his friends from his world left Paradisa, including his girlfriend Lenalee, so he found himself for the first time since coming to Paradisa - alone in the world. He was left with little choice but to start branching out of his comfort zone and began befriending fellow residents including Naruto, Zuko and Teresa; the former two becoming his first two closest friends and the latter becoming a mother figure that he had never had before. He grew more comfortable with himself in social situations as well as talking to the people around him. Later in the year, he got roped into being part of the first Host Club by Kyouya for money to pay off his numerous debts. Near the end of this year, he would also meet Anthony J. Crowley who, despite being a demon, would become a very significant figure in Allen's life.

At the same time, this was a year full of people losing control of their inner demons and attacking the residents on various occasions influenced by the castle. Two of these noteworthy events for Allen were Vergil becoming Nelo Angelo and Naruto becoming the Kyuubi during a world change. He felt a great amount of sympathy for the people who could be forced to lose control like that, as well as a secret amount of relief that it wasn't possible for him to have that fate.

Then irony showed up and punt kicked him with the news that he was the 14th Noah and the fear of losing control back at home and in Paradisa were extremely real. This information changed things for Allen dramatically and for the rest of the year, he kept very quiet about his condition save for a few confessions to his close friends.

Year Three (2009, Age 18)

The New Year began with the world seemingly expanding, allowing castle residents to finally go beyond what was impassable before. This would be a year for the starts of the expeditions, though the first one was rather uneventful. He befriended a girl by the name of Nia, who became one of the first people he opened up to about his past since she too had a similar story of being abandoned by her parents and found by someone who loved them (admittedly, Allen's love was more paternal while Nia's was romantic). He gained a Psyduck Pokemon that Nia and Crowley named Simon. Lenalee returned during this time period and restarted their relationship, but it was cut short when she was sent home again. When she returned to Paradisa a third time, there was not restarting to the relationship due to the fact that she had left twice already and they were growing apart for numerous reasons like the 14th and Allen's overall time in Paradisa. Instead they began remaining as good friends.

In the summer of this year, he met Arthur Pendragon and shared a rather antagonistic relationship with him initially. He served as a servant to him during the Wild West plot, but ran off when he went along to investigate Whip Wilson and Reno Browne (he was caught later). Whip Wilson was killed in a gun fight and Reno Browne left the castle shortly after the world change to rejoin her friends. Allen attempted to help during the Dr. Cabot problem, but was ultimately kitchened and not present during the final showdown. During the fall Road made a return and tortured Arthur since he was at the time under a loss where he was in Allen's body.

And he totally ate a Velociraptor during the Jurassic Park plot. It was so delicious it deserves it's own paragraph.

Year Four (2010, Age 19)

Started with the leaving of his best friend Naruto and the castle announcing that no one could leave. Then only got worse when the castle attempted to turn him along with many other residents into mindless townspeople. Allen was rescued from this fate first by Arthur who brought him to the Dead Zone, then by the rest of the residents who destroyed the castle which completely broke the hold the castle held over the captured residents. For a person who cherishes his own identity and mind so much (mostly due to the 14th problem), having his mind violated in such a way has impacted Allen for a lot of ways and made him driven to find a way to save the townspeople.
In the spring he took part in the expedition to the Fog where they discovered Paradisa Town, a small village that Allen recalled visiting in his second year. As well as a run in with a mysterious plague-doctor looking Dr. Fog and his kidnapped patient Roy Harper, and saw for the first time technology functioning in the Dead Zone. Allen also took part in the expedition to Eldritch Greenwood where he helped fight spider-people who wanted to eat them. Fun times.

Outside of expeditions during the early summer Teresa, Crowley and a few others were kidnapped by Riful; causing Allen to chase after her along with Dick Grayson in order to save Teresa before she awakened, but he was ultimately defeated by Riful's power. A month later was the Berserk plot which at the end caused one of his worst nightmares to come true: losing control of the 14th and attacking his friends. Luckily he was stopped by Kanda Yuu, Katara, Arthur, Genis and the Motherfucking Ofatar. Between this, his numerous befriending of other demon hosts who were often faced with isolation, Allen finally began being more open about his demon host status once realizing how foolish it was for demon hosts to carry the burden alone when so many of them were here within the castle walls that could help each other.
Allen also became a vegetarian because craving human flesh for a week and finding there were people inside Paradisa's buffalos would kill anyone's love of meat. At some point in the year, Tamaki came back to Paradisa and forced him to rejoin the Host Club.

In the summer and fall, a lot of things changed for Allen. He began to learn about the second Exorcist project and all the atrocities involved in it. His loss changed after four years so he regained his curse to sense akuma souls and dark energy, which eventually resulted in him moving to the city (much to his dislike since he has yet to forget the occurrence in January). He met an Exorcist in training named Robin, who originally they thought to be an AU double of himself (though Robin would deny this), but when Allen got his eye back he learned that in truth Robin was a converted Akuma and the soul in control was the body's sister (and while Robin still denied that Allen could be the AU version of her brother, Allen couldn't help but get his hopes up that he finally had some sort of family). In November after a child loss, he went home for a brief amount of time in which he learned more about the Second Exorcist project in surround sound and decided to commit treason against the Order. The 14th was awoken during this time as well, but it is remained to be seen what this will mean for Allen within Paradisa. December was relatively peaceful and happy, save for the arrive of Tyki Mikk. Allen began a slow moving relationship with Arthur after a series of events. But in accordance to Allen's bad luck, the year ended with him being trapped in an elevator the entire night with Kanda.

Year Five (2011, Age 20)

The peace of December unfortunately could not last through the new year. In the month of January, Allen took a supportive role in aiding against Koilos (a mysterious metal creature that showed up on Day 1400), fighting against Lois Lane who had been possessed by Isis and aiding in an exorcism against Slenderman. On top of that, Allen was thrown in a good amount of depression when six of his friends (including the two people who he had given up everything so they could live) were sent out of the castle.

Unfortunately, things only grew to be worse at the disappearance of Robin. While her name was still on her door, she was nowhere to be found. For months he searched for her to no avail, only to eventually discover that she had been tortured and murdered by Riful and Arthas - permanently through the use of his soul consuming sword. Allen would keep pleading the Peace Patrol and anyone in Paradisa to take this as a more serous threat, but not many would listen beyond giving vague promises and condolences.

The hard blows only kept coming when during the summer, Arthur didn't return home. He was found by Jr. the next day, having too been killed by Riful and Arthas. This was the final straw in pushing Allen into an unforgiving hatred towards the two: they had harmed so many people he loved and now had killed the only blood family he had ever had and his lover. While grieving, he became driven at stopping Riful once and for all at any cost.

When word came out that Riful was plotting to take over the castle, the heroes of Paradisa struck back. Allen, losing all sense of mercy, used a set of cards that were meant to torture anyone who looked upon them on Riful. This underhanded trick helped topple the monster once and for all, freeing Paradisa from her reign. While Allen was relieved that the danger that had ruined his life was now gone, he couldn't help but feel sick at himself. Sick that he was unable to save any of the people she had harmed, and sick that he had done such a cold blooded act as torture his opponent to get his way.

Not long after, Allen resigned from the Peace Patrol. Arthur had returned but their relationship became strained as the ghosts of what had transpired lingered. But certain things in his life began to look up: he met God and that reaffirmed some of his faith in his life. After that, he came to the realization that if he really did want to help people- that perhaps he needed more than just knowing how to fight. Paradisa had no shortage of fighters after all. And so he approached Dr. Gregory House and offered to use himself and the 14th as a research subject in exchange of learning medicine. Which since House was bored out of his mind and the 14th problem was like a rubiks cube with sparkles, he agreed. And so, Allen spent the remainder of the year doing everything he could to learn how to save people's lives in a new manner.

And you know, avoiding the stupid lion God left him. Eff you God B(

Year Six (2012, Age 21)

The beginning of the year started peaceful for Allen, but it didn't stay that way. His relationship with Arthur had been growing more and more strained as the years went by. No longer did they talk nor did Arthur seem to enjoy his company. Allen was well aware of the change in their relationship and while he did everything he could to try to bring it back to how it was- nothing seemed to work. Finally when Rhode reappeared in Paradisa, Allen decided it was time to cut Arthur loose at least for some time. He felt it wasn't fair for Arthur to be forced to live such a dangerous life when he had no joy from it. They broke up on good terms, with the promise that since they still cared for one another- maybe one day they could find a way back together.

Though that promise was short lived, for after an incident that sent Arthur home shortly- he lost most of the memories of his time in Paradisa and his relationship with Allen. Allen's hope for a happy reuniting with the person he loved seemed gone. His friends told him maybe it was possible to jog his memory, but none of Allen's attempts seemed to work. And if things weren't bad enough, around the same time Teresa- the woman who was the closest thing he had to a mother figure- was sent home to her death.

After that double dose of pain, along with the memories of the past year or so, Allen fell into a depression. He became more reclusive, living by himself and other than working in the clinic- he had little social interaction aside from Gwaine who he was trying to help out (in rather morally questionable ways). This state went on for months for Allen. Even being kidnapped to a mirror world where people died, didn't really help with his feeling of avoidance and loneliness.

Oh yeah and House fired him for a bit, but he rehired him two weeks later so that's whatever. House you love him admit it.

Things really began to shift for Allen when he found that Arthur had forgotten everything yet again. The shock drove him to return to the house he had once left into the arms of his friends Ino and Jr. He moved in to stay with them and no longer by himself, finally stopping the cycle of loneliness he had been finding himself in. Even though Gwaine and Jr. were sent home, the house soon became filled with other friends. Little by little, Allen rejoined the world. The events of the past made it impossible to go back to who he was entirely, but he learned how to laugh, smile and be a friend again.

Year Seven (2013, Age 22)

Allen's seventh year began strangely when he was transported into Wonderland- a world full of insane laws and monarchy. He discovered that Gwaine was in this world, and he believed himself to be the king of hearts. He did his duty as a friend and punched him in the face. This made him have to go on the run, but he met Asuna along the way and she cooks so it all worked out. When they went back, Gwaine went with them and came into the house (or, Casa de Guts) along with Nanako, helping it make a full house with Allen, Ino, Gale (Ino's boyfriend), Tsuna (a boy who was on the run from a mafia boss) and Crowley.

Life was pretty peaceful for Allen the months after that, beyond the typical castle hijinks. The journal filters broke, but everyone mistook Allen's 14th problem for hearing voices in his head and trolled him. Things started changing when the town got hit by an earthquake and then the castle made them have ink stains of their regrets- showing that Paradisa was starting to give up on it's quiet time instead for pain. After the ink stains cleaned, they decided to investigate Terre Haute where they saw something fall from the sky towards right before the earthquake. When going to check it out, it turned out to be a ship of collectors that tried to attack them, but they were able to fend them off - but not without the cost of the hostile first generation people. Also, there were giraffes.

Life went on, until they got sent to a ship in space called the Event Horizon. The ship quickly turned into hell as hallucinations drove people into violent rages. Allen, being one of the few medics on board able to keep his sanity (ironically, due to being used to seeing hallucinations from the 14th), spent three hellish days treating the wounded and watching people fall around him. He managed to survive, intact, but the memories would serve to haunt him for a long time.

Which, he pretty much spent the rest of his time in Paradisa recovering from, before being shoved onto another space ship because I'm a giant dick.
