Demons, Undead, Trapped Souls, and/or users of Dark Magic
Allen's curse gives him the ability to sense the souls that are trapped in Akuma: aka a demonic killing machine fueled by necromancy. For Panfandom RP purposes, this means if your character or something your character possesses is fueled by a soul- Allen can see that soul. For range, we'll say he needs to be on the same ship as your character.

Along with this, his eye can pick up on any demonic or dark-based magic/energy that's being used! This has a shorter range and it can be concealed if it's not being actively used (unless your character is one of those that doesn't bother to hide their OOZING PILES OF DARKNESS).

Is there a Trapped Soul: Not quite, her soul was recently ripped out, and then re-acquired. So it's up to you if you want to sense that.
If there is, what state is the soul in: It's fine, maybe a little scarred up, but possibly looks like it's not quite fitting comfortably anymore, like there's less room than before.

Does your character have demonic/dark magic or energy?: Bhaalspawn are children of the dead God of Murder. So yeah.
About how much?: The Taint is a whole body and soul kind of thing. But when she weilds her bard magic that has nothing to do with the Taint and will not register as dark or demonic
When can it be sensed?: She probably has a constant aura of Not Good-ness, and it will probably get stronger whenever she's either around fresh blood, is bleeding, is making someone else bleed. And will grow exponentially if the Taint is taking over her senses.

Is there a Trapped Soul: A piece of one
If there is, what state is the soul in: It's a piece of an extremely powerful necromancer/demon guy. It is happily living in Coil because he is a good and obedient vessel who it would love to consume someday, but it's only a piece. Coil was unable to pull the whole thing into himself when he tried. So, it's just a small bit, but it's enough to boost his own necromancy magic quite a bit.

Does your character have demonic/dark magic or energy?: Yesss
About how much?: Coil is just a human, but he is a practicing necromancer-- granted power both by the god he worships, and the piece of dark soul lodged in him.
When can it be sensed?: No idea! It might be faintly detectable all the time.
Anything else: Please don't give him an exorcism okay.

Is there a Trapped Soul: ... I'm not sure how to call this one? It's not trapped, it's Nightingale's own soul, but it's kind of a problem.
If there is, what state is the soul in: Nightingale's own soul is a mess- it's been shattered into small pieces, badly reassembled, and about half of the pieces are just outright gone. If he can tell, it's had a bunch of pieces of other people's souls in similar states shoved in temporarily and removed afterwards, too. It's not in good condition.

If there is, what state is the soul in: Not a trapped soul so much as a disjointed one? He's a reincarnation, so it's the same soul, but with two lives jammed in it instead of just the one.

Does your character have demonic/dark magic or energy?: Nah. He's got ENERGY and MAGIC but it's not necessarily dark, unless you mean dark intentions.
About how much?: None, usually.
When can it be sensed?: Only when he's a Ripper, since that "dark intention" thing comes out in full force - he loses his control and dismembers people.

If there is, what state is the soul in: It's chilling. Best way to say it is that the two souls have kind of a symbiotic relationship with each other.

Does your character have demonic/dark magic or energy?: She...uh. Actually has a hidden glyph given to her by Lucifer himself on the bone of her forearm. That would probably qualify as demonic/dark. Its function is to protect her from demonic detection but also let Lucifer find her any time he likes. He's not in Drift, so moot, but the glyph is still there.
About how much?: A small concentrated spot? It's passive.
When can it be sensed?: All the time.
