THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE
A man of average height who could easily be mistaken for a teenager. His hair is white and tied into a ponytail with a simple ribbon. A large scar runs across the left side of his face, it's coloring and distinct shape hints that it's no normal scar. His hands are always covered in gloves. When he speaks, he has a rural British accent.

However Allen's personality is far from that simple. While he is a good guy, he has a lot of shortcomings. His manners and behaviors towards people is hinted to be fake, he is simply wearing a mask of his father's behavior and mannerisms. He has a temper, one that can be rather violent at times, and on top of that he is not the most easy-going person in the world. Years of being alone has made it a bit difficult for him to work in teams and share the load easily causing him to try to do everything himself, but he is slowly learning. There is a streak of delinquency in him as well, he cheats at cards without issue and will often disobey orders on the field easily. Most of his actions are based on knee-jerk emotional reactions. Inability to control his emotions could be one of his greatest faults.
His birth parents abandoning him and the death of his adopted father has also left him extremely emotional when it comes to the issues of parents, years after his father's death he still considers Mana to be his most important person without question. It also makes it hard for him to have close connections with people, most people he seems to have a tendency to hold at arm's length without realizing it. Rarely will he talk about his own problems, besides the occasional emotional outburst. So overall, expect a man that will do anything to help save you - but rarely allow you to help save him in return.
His years in Paradisa had a major impact on him. There, he grew from a hotheaded and naive teenager to a...well okay, still hotheaded but more mature and wiser adult. He tries harder not to let things get to him, and he's definitely got a much darker view of the world- but underneath he's still the same old Allen who wants nothing more than to help people and walk his own path.

THE DESTROYER OF TIMEAllen is a powerhouse. There's a reason that his world believes he was chosen by God. Whether or not he's actually chosen is currently unknown- but if he was? Well apparently God wasn't fucking around when He made Allen Walker.
Well, He was because Allen's life is a pile of shit, but power wise it's kinda crazy.
Allen's left arm isn't a real arm. It's an artificial arm made out of a special material called "Innocence", or God Matter. When it's inactive, it mimics a human arm (Well, it tries anyway). It's red in color except the back of the hand that has a cross that glows green. When activated, it serves as an extremely powerful weapon that is most effective against demonic and undead. Due to a curse, he can also sense trapped souls and dark/demonic-based power through his eye. And if that wasn't bad enough, he's a Noah which means well...you don't want the Noah side to come out.
Fortunately his augment has capped his power a lot. And he's a nice guy who doesn't usually run around and kick everyone's ass. So. That's something.
INNOCENCE INACTIVE
(AKA what he can do all the time)
LEFT ARM: While it remains in "human" form, it still retains it's high durability (bullets BOUNCE off it), it's superb reflexes and enhanced enough strength to crush metal. It will attempt to protect Allen if his life is immediate danger.
CURSED EYE: Allen is capable of sensing souls trapped by unnatural/magical means as well as use of demon/dark-powered magic. He can only sense dark magic if it's active/your character sucks at repressing that power. Souls he can sense unless there's some means of cloaking it magically. His range is 300 yards (aka on the same ship as him) and he can sense trapped souls through walls. He is able to show other people what he sees if they are next to him.
LIMITED REGENERATION: If you stab out his left eye, it'll grow back in a few days. If damage is caused that is fatal, either his Noah side or Innocence will attempt to fix it. Any deadly toxins or poisons can be cleansed by his Innocence (non-lethal stuff still works, but it usually takes twice the dosage). Instantly fatal attacks (like beheading) would still kill him provided his Innocence can't protect him from it, and non-fatal injuries he has to heal the old fashion way.
FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: Allen is a trained fighter in hand-to-hand, swords, knives, crossbows and guns. Thanks to years of training in canon and in Paradisa, he is more than capable of holding his own in a regular fight. In fact this is the most likely form he'll fight in, as it's the least draining energy wise.
MEDICAL CAPABILITIES: Allen has been studying medicine for a few years now. While he's not a doctor yet, he's capable of handling most usual cases that you'd find in a walk-in clinic. More unusual cases might be a bit more iffy, and surgery is definitely out.
MAGIC: HAHAHA. If you're really desperate, he is shown to have some magical capability. But he really doesn't give a shit about magic and can't be arsed to spend time studying it. Probably better to find an actual mage. This is the guy that would've thrown out his Hogwarts letter okay.
INNOCENCE ACTIVE: LOW POWER
(Aka how much he can use his Innocence without restraints)
LEFT ARM: His fingers on his left hand transforms into long talons. These talons are extremely sharp - they can cut through practically anything that isn't canonly unbreakable itself. They retain the same durability as his unactivated arm.
RIBBONS/WEBBING: Think Spiderman. Allen has the power to shoot ribbons and webbing out to grab onto objects, stick to things, restrain people and even make a tourniquet for injuries in a pinch. Because they are made out of Innocence, these ribbons are extremely difficult to break.
SHIELD: Allen can make a brief energy shield with his Innocence's power to block an oncoming attack. This shield only faces on direction and lasts about five seconds.
INNOCENCE ACTIVE: MEDIUM POWER
(Allen needs to be in a Life or Death situation before his augment allows him to use these powers)
ARMOR: His Innocence forms a cape and mask around him- serving as a form of armor. Retains it's usual durability, so it's defense level is insane. He can also make it spike out like a sea urchin to skewer anything that tries to grapple him.
CROSS GRAVE: A long range attack. Essentially he can make multiple targets blow up with holy power.
CROWN EDGE: A long range attack. He throws several explosive projectiles that are shaped like crowns. As you can guess, they blow shit up.

WEAKNESSES
ENDURANCE: Allen's powers are extremely energy consuming. Every time he uses his powers for an extended period, he has to consume a lot of food to make up for the loss of energy. He also can't last too long if he uses a high level of his power in battle.
PAINKILLERS: Painkillers or anything that numbs the nervous system makes it harder for him to synchronize with his Innocence - thus harder for him to use his powers.
HOLY MAGIC: Due to being a Noah, he has a weakness towards holy magic. While it takes a high power holy spell to do serious damage, anything else is rather...unpleasant. Because of this, he can't have any light/holy based healing spells done on him. Any damage caused by holy magic will leave a scar with grayish tinge. (Note: this does not apply to items like crosses and holy water - it has to be magic)
ALCOHOL: The smell or taste of alcohol makes him feel queasy or faint. It's a long story.
